These terms cover ordinary use of the PhrikMedia website. Paid client work is governed by the proposal, scope and contract agreed for that engagement.
Website use
You may browse the public site, view public work and contact us about projects or partnerships. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful or malicious material.
Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message or receiving an initial response does not by itself create a paid engagement, partnership, investment agreement or obligation to accept work. Commercial work begins only under agreed terms.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep public information current, but material may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable. We do not present experimental or internal concepts as guaranteed future products.
Intellectual property
PhrikMedia and relevant rights holders retain rights in original brand assets, copy, software, visual work, case-study material and other protected content. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Links and third parties
The site may link to products, client sites or external services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you leave PhrikMedia.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
