YOUR DATA.
EXPLAINED PLAINLY.
This notice describes the personal information the current PhrikMedia website collects and how it is used.
Who is responsible for the data?
PhrikMedia operates this website. For privacy questions, contact hello@phrikmedia.com.ng.
What we currently collect
When you send a project or partnership enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, organisation, area of interest, budget range, preferred timing and the message you submit. Administrators who sign in to the private CMS also provide account information required for authentication.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond, prepare possible next steps, manage follow-up and maintain business records. Administrator account data is used to secure and operate the private management system.
Service providers
The website currently uses Supabase for database, authentication and storage services and Vercel for hosting/deployment. Those providers may process technical information necessary to operate and secure the service. Other providers will be added to this notice if they are introduced into the live product.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as it remains reasonably useful for the purpose it was collected, for legitimate business records, or where a longer period is required by law or an active dispute. Retention periods are being formalised in the Phrik Counsel processing register.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, object to or restrict certain processing where applicable, or raise a complaint. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Legal rights can vary by context and jurisdiction.
International processing
Some technology providers may process or store information outside Nigeria. We assess provider arrangements and will update this notice as the system changes.
Security
We use authenticated administration, database row-level security and access controls in the current system. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Changes
We preserve legal-policy versions internally. Material changes will update the date shown on this page.
